Clubhouse Reservation Form

NOTE Reserving the clubhouse does not allow use of the pool, more than 6 persons. If you wish to reserve the clubhouse, please view the documents below. The clubhouse is available from 10 AM to 8 PM for use. There is an alarm code you will need to obtain to open and close the clubhouse. Bathrooms are accessible from inside the facility. Owners & Tenants must provide a $200.00 refundable deposit for any event. This deposit is refundable upon confirmation that no damage has occurred during the event. If damages are found, the cost to repair said damage will be withheld from your deposit. If damages have occurred in excess of $200.00, the additional cost will be assessed to the owner's account. Tenants must also provide a $100.00 non-refundable use fee for any event. Owners may reserve the clubhouse at no cost. You will need to obtain insurance for your event. Here are two companies that can provide short-term insurance coverage for your reservation, but you can choose a vendor of your liking. 1. K&K Insurance: online application ... click here: K&K App 2. Community Association Insurance: online application ... click here: CA Insurance If you are asked for a dollar replacement value for the clubhouse, please use $329,000.00 Please submit your application and mail/drop off the payment and deposit in the form of two (2) separate checks payable to “Sierra Point HOA” to: 3720 Sinton Road, Suite 200, C/S CO 80907. By completing this request form, the undersigned hereby holds harmless and releases Sierra Pointe Homeowners Association, Inc., its agents, officers, and employees, from any and all liability for any injuries that might occur in conjunction with usage of Sierra Pointe amenities and/or social functions associated with same. Nothing herein shall be construed as a waiver of Sierra Pointe Homeowners Association, Inc.'s sovereign immunity or limits of liability beyond any statutory limited waiver of immunity or limits of liability. I attest that the following will occur: I as well as all guests invited into the clubhouse will abide by the Sierra Pointe Declaration and Rules and Regulations while on the property. Upon conclusion of my event, the clubhouse will be in equal or better condition than prior to my event. I will be present for the entirety of the event. No alcohol will be consumed on the premises. The lights and AC/Heater will be turned off upon the conclusion of my event.
