All residents, guests, visitors, etc., using the gym shall do so at their own risk.

The gym shall be used by residents of Sierra Pointe HOA only.

Equipment must be wiped down after each use.

Equipment should be used in a manner so as to prevent the slamming/dropping of weights.

Damaged equipment should be reported to Management.
