** If you are planning on doing any work to the outside of your home or adjacent landscaping - whether new installations or replacements, please submit your project/plans to the HOA.

Any change to the exterior of your home will require a submittal/review/approval before beginning any work.  The most common items that need to be reviewed are window and door replacements, including patio doors and air conditioning condensers/systems.  

NOTE: any attachments must be less than 25 MB or hand-delivered.
