The HOA owns the individual mailbox cluster units (MBUs) for all residents.  There are two primary locations:

1) Main entry from Parkmoor Village onto Van Teylingen (east or right-hand side) next to the HOA garage.  

2) Corner of Van Teylingen and Rebecca Drive.

** Residents are responsible for obtaining their own key or replacing a lost key or replacing or repairing a bad lock.  Any local locksmith can assist in rekeying or helping with a lock concern.  

*** If you are not sure which MBU your home belongs to, please contact the Manager.  Each MBU has a 4-digit number and then individual BOX numbers on the face, such as 3.
