Sierra Pointe Homeowners Association is managed by BBCAM. The monthly dues "assessments" vary by Unit (8 different amounts). For questions regarding "assessment" due dates and other payment information, please get in touch with the Property Management company.
The Association's Fiscal year runs from January to December.
Any owner needing current finances or the approved budget, please get in touch with the Manager.
Board Meetings are held on the 4th Monday of every month at 5:30 PM. The 2025 meeting schedule: 1-27 (Annual), 2-24 by Zoom, 3-24 by Zoom, 4-28 by Zoom, ** 5-28 for Holiday, 6-23, 7-28, 8-25, 9-22, and 10-24 (Budget). All meetings are open for anyone to attend. There is an Owner's Forum for owners at the end of each meeting. Please contact Derek to verify the meeting time/date or to be placed on the agenda.
